  1. If the package you receive meets the following conditions, you can apply for return and refund within 7 days of receiving the product:

If the above problems occur with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. After verifying the situation, we will issue a refund for you. We recommend that you take photos and describe the product in question and send it directly to us through online customer service and email so that we can identify the problem and provide you with specific return and refund methods.

  1. The return and refund policy is not applicable to the following products:

a. Any goods not sold on this website;

b. The product has been used or damaged, the label/original protective film has been removed, and the product size has been changed;

c. Exceeding the acceptance time limit (if you fail to contact customer service within 7 days after signing for receipt, you will not be able to apply for after-sales service);

d. Due to force majeure factors during transportation, the goods may be slightly damaged, but this does not affect normal use;

e. Any product quality problems caused by the customer’s abnormal use and storage;

f. For products such as sets sold in combination, return service is only provided for single or multiple products that meet the after-sales return and refund standards, and does not extend to all products in the combination.

g. For safety and hygiene reasons, children’s clothing and personal items such as underwear and underwear will not be returned or exchanged unless there are quality issues.

h. Due to different personal constitutions and allergies to cosmetics/health products/foods, please consult a doctor in time. Returns will not be accepted as product quality issues.

  1. After confirming that the goods can be returned, you need to return the goods to the designated return address. Return freight rates are as follows:

2) If the returned goods received do not comply with the return policy for product quality issues, the goods will be sent back to the customer and no refund will be given. The shipping costs to the after-sales center and the shipping costs to return the goods to the customer will be borne by the customer. ;

3) If you apply for a return or refund for personal reasons, you need to pay £30 for the return shipping of the product;

4) If you refuse to accept the package due to personal reasons, we will charge shipping and return shipping costs for the package. Please understand.
